Advice to Management
People tend to get burnt out quickly or somehow manage to stay in the same position for years, more internal movement within the company would be a positive.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hodes.
First I had an initial phone screen with a manager and then went in to the office to meet her in person several days later. After that I had a phone call with a woman in HR. Finally, I had another in person meeting with another manager. For the most part the whole experience was pleasant. My only negative comment would be that after all of those interviews I was never given an answer. I mean, you realize you aren't getting the job if you don't hear from them for a few weeks, but I think it's kind of rude after going through that many interviews to not even get a canned response telling you that you weren't chosen. I realize that's kind of the norm with how things operate these days, but it doesn't make it any less rude.
