This is a rapidly growing company with a very strong and positive culture. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement if you look for it, and there is a fabulous training structure to help you on your career path. The leaders I interact with are passionate about their work, and very pro-employee. I think this is a great company to work for.
The speed and volume of growth have been hard for some employees to keep up with.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations (Kissimmee, FL) in April 2016.
There were (2) two separate interview in one day. The interview lasted for approx 45 minutes each session. The interview went well. Sounds like a great place to work and grow your skill sets within the organization.
