I have been working at Holland America full-time (More than a year)
Supervisors/Managers are very friendly and helpful. Have never been turned down when I was having an issue with something. Pretty good pay (it pays the bills) and benefits are pretty good, through medical is pretty high. I'm paying about 230.00/month and that's for the cheap insurance the company has.
I have no cons about this company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Holland America (Seattle, WA) in October 2017.
HR recruiter contacted me saying I should apply. I applied online, called for 1st interview with the manager, called back for 2nd interview after about 3 weeks for a panel interview, offered a job after a couple weeks later. In all it took a while but I was patient since I really wanted the job.
