    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Holland & Sherry (Boston, MA) in May 2017.

    Interview

The showroom manager, after introducing herself, kept me waiting for about 10 minutes while she was gossiping with some co-workers. Very unstructured. Showroom manager exhibited a "deer in the headlights" look from beginning to end. I could immediately tell she was way in over her head. Unfortunately I didn't receive an offer because quoting her "I found someone else I was better able to connect with". Guess being twice as old as her and having 2 times more practical/successful experience than her scared her off.
