    Great company that has a great family culture. My coworkers make my day enjoyable everyday. The environment is overall positive. Compared to other jobs and employers, its pretty low stress. Good job security here too- you won't be laid off.


    401k match is the lowest I've ever come across at 3%. Vacation time starts at 2 weeks and is slow to earn more days per year.

    Advice to Management

    You have customers across the US. Stop hoarding all the jobs in NJ. It makes it very difficult to service customers in other timezones. The support roles just aren't in the office when you need them.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Holman Automotive (Maple Shade, NJ).


    Over a year ago I was contacted on LinkedIn by Holman's recruiter. We explored a few possible position with the organization and he had me complete an online assessment. We met again shortly after and he had me meet with some dealership management. At the time the only position they could offer me was non-management. The recruiter kept in touch with me every few months and finally something opened up that was a good fit and time for us both. They had me meet with a psychologist and within a week and a half had made me an offer. The rest is history. Excited to be working for a world class organization.
