Management compensation needs significant improvement.
Advice to Management
An increase in management compensation would inspire the most committed employees to want to move up. If a promotion includes a decrease in pay, your best people will never apply.
Manager personally seeks you out and asks you to apply, the. You don't get an interview. Big waste of time and not good for morale. Holt managers are horrible, they enjoy listening to themselves talk but they already have their minds made up before a job is posted. Plenty of jobs were never posted or were filled before the application deadline was even met.
