    Uncapped Commission, Concert and sporting event tickets, and constant feedback from sales managers

    Cons

    Alot of pessimistic employees spewing out excuses for their troubles. If you work hard enough, pay attention, focus on your own success and just figure it out you won't run into many problems.

    Advice to Management

    Theres lots of people who have taken advantage of a very good company like Homeadvisor to work for. I Personally think that employees should be tested more and not just receive free lunch after their fourth sale submission.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HomeAdvisor (Chicago, IL) in January 2020.

    Interview

    Easy interview, met with recruiter for about 30 min and then talked with a sales manager who also introduced me to his supervisor. I felt very comfortable during the interview and the people I talked with were very friendly. I noticed that they talked a lot more about the fun things going on in the office than they did about the actual job itself or what I would be doing if I got the job.
