I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HomeAdvisor (Colorado Springs, CO).
They will hire anybody so it is easy. Phone call interview, in person interview as soon as possible, asking situational questions, meet 2-4 people, receive phone call with offer not even a couple hours later.
