Practice emergency evacuations in incidence of a stick up, fire, missing child, etc.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeGoods.
I turned in an application in person, I asked to speak to the manager. After a week they called me in for an interview. It was only one interview with the manager and assistant manager, they hired me on the spot.
