I have been working at HomeServices full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Big company with potential growth. Managers usually know what they are doing.

    Cons

Half the people are unprofessional and crappy to work with. Don't just say there are opportunities to move up when there isn't.

    Advice to Management

Preach professionalism and promote more fairly.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HomeServices (Minneapolis, MN).

    Interview

I had a phone interview with HR, shortly after I submitted my resume via Indeed.com.
A few days later I was in house interviewing with two paralegals and the Assistant General Counsel.
The same day as the interview, HR took me to ProStaff to do some computer testing. I completed Excel, Word, Outlook and typing tests. They were all relatively easy for somebody with my experience.

    Interview Questions

    • why would I apply for a legal position when I had no legal experience?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

easy. I was presented with an offer and I accepted. I was very excited about the position and team.
