Florida Region Gives Back to Millennia Elementary
As the holidays were approaching, the Florida Region joined together to support a local elementary school. They donated an assortment of holiday gifts that included toys, clothes, and school supplies. The faculty and students were blown away by the volume of contributions. Thank you Florida team for exhibiting such generosity!
Our Florida Regional Team had a great time looking back on 2018 and honoring our Hometown Heroes at their yearly luncheon. A Special Congrats to Darlene Bradley at Tara Woods, Carlos Wagner at Lakes of Leesburg, Lisa Pearson at Little Manatee Springs, Ken Ottoman and Christian Hallman of Highlands at Scotland Yards, and Dayna Belt of Palm Valley. Thank you for your hard work and making 2018 a great year!

I have been working at Hometown America full-time (More than 3 years)
The culture, leadership and collaboration are phenomenal. I receive support and know that I have a group of people willing to work with me to take care of our residents and community. I know that my contributions are appreciated. It’s been a great experience.
We are spread out so it can be difficult to network with colleagues. I would like more opportunities to get together with others in the region or even nationally.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hometown America (Chicago, IL) in June 2015.
My interview process included, in order: an HR interview over the phone followed by a Manager interview on the phone and then in person, Caliper personality evaluation, CEO phone interview--comprehensive but worth it.
