I worked at Hondros College full-time (Less than a year)
Having a small niche company, or even family, was very nice to walk into everyday. I loved my position and loved helping the students. The college was serious about their goals and had a wonderful learning environment. I only left to further my education.
The biggest downside to the company was the small size. It made it hard to climb the ladder and everyone knew everyone. The pay wasn't fantastic, though I was happy with my salary coming straight out of college.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hondros College (Westerville, OH) in May 2010.
I was interviewed by the Director of Nursing and the Human Resources Manager. The interview was agreeable and low key, asking the usual questions pertaining to the position I was applying for.
No negotiation phase. Agreed to work for what they offered.
