I have been working at Honey full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been at Honey for a year and have felt extremely fortunate to work for a company that has been challenging and fun and has no intention of slowing down.

    - great perks (catering/snacks/drinks/parking/medical)
    - ability to own and build several aspects contributing to employee happiness
    - fun environment
    - fun company culture (events/happy hours/talks/L&D/erg's/team outings/all hands)
    - transparent leadership team
    - strong values to help in changing the world and saving everyone money
    - hiring senior/experienced individuals from great companies to come work for Honey
    - opportunity to work at one of the fastest growing tech companies

    Cons

Like many tech companies in the early stages, there is a lot of work to do and not always enough help at times. Having to balance work/life can be challenging at times but we always manage to push through it and get help in one way or another.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to what employees are saying and make sure to be aligned with messaging and goals. It will be important to push the Honey brand and bring over seasoned veterans to help continue pushing us to the next level.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honey in April 2020.

    Interview

2 phone interviews and one Zoom interview with 4 people, including a whiteboard portion. Everyone that interviewed me was very friendly. The whiteboard portion was fairly easy and the interviewer in charge was knowledgeable. They got back to me quickly between each interview rounds and gave constructive feedback.
