    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hoosier Park (Anderson, IN) in June 2016.

    Interview

I interviewed with the hiring manager and two senior designers in the room. They asked me very generic interview questions and seemed very ill prepared. They didn't ask me any unexpected questions. They each had a copy of my resume and asked me direct questions off of it. We also went over my website.
