Advice to Management
When a employee goes to Human Resources an management and has actual proof of activity going on that they act on it instead of sweeping it under the rug
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital (Sulphur Springs, TX) in February 2014.
(1) one on one interview with supervisor
(1) group interview
The one on one is just to assess your personality/aptitude for learning the position. Once you've made it to the group interview, you're pretty much in (as long as you use common sense to answer common and predictable interview questions). The group panel usually consists of your 2 immediate supervisors, 1 or 2 other department directors (depending on the position) and 2 peers.
