Had many interviews that felt kind of messy and unprepared for. None of the people I interviewed with did I end up working with. I had a long period of not hearing back but heard back when I reached out and expressed interest. They were really hard to negotiate salary with. Recruiter was friendly, honest, professional and very easy to work with. However, throughout the process I kept feeling like she's really overworked. When working there just by observing I confirmed, she was. Not a good thing and was definitely an indicator of the culture.InterviewIf you have multiple tickets of the same issue, and you have one ticket of a more complex issue, which should you tackle first. Answer was that multiple tickets that are the same within a short time could indicate a really big problem (such as ddos) and should be taken care of first.
