I have been working at Hornbeck Offshore full-time

    Pros

The pros are the competitive pay and the rotation. You can have a life outside of work.

    Cons

The market is still a little slow but things seem to be picking up allowing for more oppertunties

    Advice to Management

Spend less money on things that wont help the boats or the crews. Moral is the key to a great work force.

    Interview

I was called in for an interview about a month after applying.
The interview took about 2 hours total.
I was called back to take a skills test two weeks later.
    That process was simple.
2 weeks later I was called in for a second interview and made an offer. Then was directed to take a drug screening and background check.
