    There is a strong focus on the mission and sustaining the level of support it provides to the community. Everyone cares about the work they do. I had a great team who were professional and fun to work with. Also, the RN Case Managers are an extraordinary group of people who are passionate about their patient care. There is a lot of growth opportunity on the clinical side.


    It can be hard to move foward in the changing healthcare environment, but that is currently found anywhere in healthcare. Worklife/Balance is something they have worked on a lot in the last year.

    Advice to Management

    Although turnover here is below industry average, perception can be everything.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hospice of the Chesapeake (Pasadena, MD).


    Interview process was great. I received a call for a prescreen and the next day, I was invited in for an interview. I had a small group interview. I was invited back for a second interview to meet with some higher level managers. A few days later, I was offered the position.
