    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Hospira (Lake Forest, IL) in June 2016.

    Interview

Extremely professional staff. Beautiful location in Lake Forest. I was offered coffee or other drink from the starbucks on site. Very nice lobby with escalators. I was asked a lot of interview questions. A lot of behavioral type questions. 1. Describe a time you had to deal with conflict? 2. If you were a kitchen appliance what would it be and why? I said blender because I am able to take all types of people and direction and blend it together to get the job done.
