    "Kyle is an awesome recruiter!"

recruitment process is awesome, answered all my many, many questions

i did not actually get to work with this company (for reasons unrelated to the company), so i do not have any cons to say!

    Advice to Management

I just started thinking about travel PT a few months ago, and with a big career path change and lifestyle change, Kyle was the perfect recruiter to answer ALL my questions. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, even after hours, to help me make the decision I needed to make. He was consistently searching for jobs for me. Unfortunately, I did not end up signing with this company. However, Kyle kept in touch with me and always asked for updates with how I was doing with my contracts. I even told him about my personal life and interests, and he actually took notes and kept all of that into consideration when looking for jobs for me. I chose to work with my current travel firm for my own reasons, and they have not been very attentive to me. I am unsatisfied with that department of this company, and I attribute that to Kyle setting the bar so high. He is the epitome of a recruiter, and I hope I will sign a contract with this firm when the perfect match appears.

    Average Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Host Healthcare (La Jolla, CA).

The process consisted of phone interviews followed by in-person interviews. 4 interviews total. The interview process took about 3 weeks. After the final interview and being hired, the start date was about a week later. I appreciated the timeliness of the start-date after the interviews.
