    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Host Healthcare (Bloomington, IN) in December 2015.

    Interview

I spoke with the rehab manager via phone for the initial interview. She was upbeat and helpful in describing the facility. The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes, and she asked a number of questions about my experience as a therapist and the types of facilities in which I had worked previously. I was very pleased with the whole experience and have very much enjoyed working here.
