I worked at HotelClub part-time
The role was varied and as it was a shared position across two teams it allowed me to learn a lot of things both technical and personal growth wise and learn how to manage competing priorities.
No real benefits as a non full-time employee

More recognition and a quarterly review process would be good
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at HotelClub (Sydney (Australia)) in January 2015.
Applied to Hotel Club Online while looking for top companies for LGBT employment. HR executive called for a telephone interview then arranged an interview for 7.30am because I was working at that time. First round of interview was grueling (1 hr +). Second interview with senior managers were slightly better.
