Coworkers. Certain shifts work well together. Other shifts are way over staffed. shift differential is good. Weekend rotation is fair. That's about it!
Administration only worries about themselves. Low paying hospital but the higher chain of command is banking. People who work hard are not appreciated, those that cause trouble and violate rules are not dealt with, avoidance seems to be the way of ruling here. Education is deterred. Administration is rude and disrespectful. The theme under appreciated and underpayed fits this place to a T!
Advice to Management
Take a good look at your staff. Your underpaying those who care about their career and over paying those that shouldn't be even employed. Just because you have been here forever doesn't mean you should stay. Education is important, it shouldn't be a requirement for only the nursing staff. Your reputation is based on those that service your clientele maybe you should require excellence instead of mediocre.
