I worked at House of Hope as an intern (More than a year)
Everyone works as a team, frequent training to remain current in best practices
You work where others live, which can be difficult
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at House of Hope (Salt Lake City, UT).
One person interviewed me. She asked me questions from a paper. She asked how I would handle specific situations and if I was comfortable with certain tasks. Like doing observed urin analysis etc. She also asked if the hours would be okay and the pay. She then told me I was hired if I accepted. She the communicated that a full background screen, UA and finger prints would need to be done.
