I have been working at Houston Food Bank full-time (More than a year)
Often a company will speak of changing, growing and getting better but rarely does it ever happen. The Houston Food Bank has strongly matured, evolved and established itself as an ever growing identity here to serve the community. I am proud to call them an employer.
It takes people of various attitudes to make a well managed organization work well and sometimes those people don't get along.
