I have been working at Houston Housing Authority full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Competitive pay for a non profit mission oriented organization. Flex schedules. Great retirement and health benefits. New office space coming soon.

    Cons

Potential for advancement is limited. Paid time off could be more. Sometimes too much work and too few people.
