    Customer Service Coordinator Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Houzz (Nashville, TN).

    Interview

Three part interview process. I was recruited via LinkedIn, after which I had a pleasant telephone interview. Afterwards I had another pleasant Skype interview. About two hours after the Skype interview, I was invited to the Nashville office for the third part of the interview which consisted of a roleplay and another Skype interview. The interviewer was 20 minutes late. The roleplay was okay, but extremely awkward due to my obvious lack of training and no background regarding the website or such a telephone call. The Skype interview itself was extremely negative, it was centered solely on my weaknesses, talking about my negative experiences and attributes, ect.. He couldn't seem to crack a smile and he acted as though he had something better to do.
