The employees were good people who knew their stuff. They had a lot of knowledge.
The hardware and products sold were quality products. They were built to last.
Sometimes a little behind on adapting to change. The marketplace was maturing- shirking a little in rural, and new business opportunities were harder to find. Competition was getting tough, customers looking for cheapest, buying online, not worring about support till it was needed.
Advice to Management
Have to be able to adapt to change, make sure the employyes in service and support are equitably compensated as they have a lot of knowledge. Have to transfer knowledge and experience to others.
