    Pros

    Good company
    Good compensation
    Great people to work with
    Great location
    You to date technology
    Extravagant parties, prizes, gifts, etc.

    Cons

Poor financial management - paid some attorneys more money than they brought to the firm
Management was not communicative about our status at the end. Spent too much money adapting SAP to fit our needs. We took on too much debt through acquisitions and foreign expansion.

    Advice to Management

    Irrelevant.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Howrey (San Francisco, CA) in September 2010.

    Interview

It was a very unusual interview. The partner I interviewed with did all the talking and never stopped to ask me a question. Walking away from the interview, it was very hard to tell how it went because I didn't feel that I let the interviewer get to know me.
