I have been working at Huddle House part-time
The people I work are really awesome. We act like a bit of a family and the days are fun when you work with a good group of people.
There is always a downside(s) to working in a restaurant. One thing they need to work on is management not talking down to their employees.
Advice to Management
Do not micro-manage your employees. Other than that, this company is pretty decent. Try to understand that employees have lives outside of their jobs.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Huddle House (Virginia Beach, VA) in July 2014.
Applied and got an email that same night or the day after, set up interview time and location.Met at the TCC library with manager/owner because restaurant wasn't opened yet. Multiple person interview.
