Interview
Contacted by recruiter. Went through vigorous interview with them. Then interviewed on-site with HRBP and remotely to a regional VP. Then interviewed with SVP and then EVP. Was told by recruiter that it was inevitable that I would get the job but had to meet with some by external partners. After 6 interviews, job fell through after recruiter saying it was a foregone conclusion I would get the job. Entire process was several months long.InterviewWhy would I want to leave my employer?
