    Interview

I had two interviews - one introductory telephone interview with the hiring manager and one video interview with the two attorneys I'd be working under. Both were good experiences, but after 2 hours of interviews, you'd think you would hear back that you aren't a fit (rather than radio silence, even after follow up emails).
    Interview

Telephone interview was just about the company and some basics like how much notice I would give current employer and what my salary expectations are. Video interview was more in depth about my experience and questions directly related to my resume.
