I have been working at Human Arc full-time (Less than a year)
Human Arc is a great company to work for, with morals and values and they care a great deal about the employees and community.
None that I have experienced besides the fact that they need to upgrade their desk chair. They get pretty uncomfortable towards the end of the shift.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Human Arc (Cleveland, OH).
I interviewed with two managers at the same time, live-panel style. There were a lot of deep, poignant questions asked that really made you think with a few standard "Tell me about a time when you.." questions. Very behavior-syle based. Interview lasted for about 45 minutes before I had to do another online grammar and math assessment on-site similar to the one filled out when you first apply. Managers briefly went over my resume and past experience too. I thought I interviewed well but I guess not since I was turned down for the position.
