    Pros

Management truly cares for their employees. They invest in you when you invest in them. The people of this company have a lot to teach and are willing to share their wisdom if you're willing to listen & learn.

    Cons

Managing emotions regarding business can be difficult at times.
I wouldn't call the following a downside, merely a preference in employment. This company doesn't have the kind of jobs that are routine necessarily - what we do can be considered routine in terms of process, but HOW we do things changes with the times. You have to be willing to adapt, take direction, and improve yourself to provide the best results.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Human Resource Dimensions (Atlanta, GA) in August 2015.

    Interview

I interviewed with everyone in the company. It was done in groups of two or threes. It wasn't an ordinary interview, but it really helped me understand the culture about the company. It was both beneficial for me and HRD. Now, since I started working here, we all manage to interview everyone that wants to join the team. We want to make sure they fit with us.
