The ultimate goal of Hunt Construction Group is to build a great, truly global company that makes a fair profit, has heart for its employees, and is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Our primary focus is to help our clients solve their building and construction needs through the use of innovative, transformative and industry leading practices. We strive to provide long-term relationships that enhance the value of our services and provide our clients with substantial economic value. We work hard to achieve these goals and have fun along the way.
At Hunt Construction Group, our people are everything. They bring the talent and dedication that make Hunt the great organization it is today. The loyalty and commitment they bring extend to our clients and go into every project on which they work. The right people. The right results.
At Hunt, culture isn’t just something – it’s everything.
We are a family-owned company with a rich heritage of building both the finest construction projects and the finest talent in the construction industry. Ours is a culture deeply rooted in decades of passionate and unwavering commitment to excellence.
At Hunt, we’re proud of our heritage. But we keep our eyes focused ahead. We know that our future success lies not in where we’ve been, but in where we’re going.
“We really want every employee to think of his or her position in the company as more than a job — as a gratifying enjoyable part of his or her life.”
Robert G. Hunt
We become greater by sharing in and embracing the richness of our differences. Each of us brings new perspectives, experiences, skills, abilities and knowledge to our everyday tasks. Although we may be different in race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or other protected status, we believe the presence of these differences to be representative of a strong and positive team.
At no time do we consider these differences in any employment opportunity or condition, and all candidates that are qualified for any opportunity which we have currently available are encouraged and welcomed to apply through our established application processes without concern regarding their differences. Our organization embraces and welcomes diversity, is a drug-free environment and actively participates in E-Verify to verify employment eligibility.
“Many organizations seem to stamp their employees from cookie cutter molds. But if you look around Hunt you will see a great deal of diversity. We think that’s wonderful. We want to keep it that way. We say “you don’t have to be like everyone else.” At Hunt, you only need to conform to a basic set of technical and professional standards.”
Robert G. Hunt

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hunt Construction Group.
I met with just Project Manager at the Job Site. And got hired on the stop after pretty much causal talk. Only a few real questions, It was very comfortable..They are a little mom and pop, which can be a good thing sometimes. I had to get a drug test which was kind of a pain because they didn't have all there ducks in a row on where i was exactly suppose to go. Other than that, It was pretty relaxed.
