I have been working at Hussmann full-time (More than a year)
Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Offer benefits for union and non union positions.
Lack of effective communication and processes. Managements sole mission is to ship cases on time yet do very little to change processes to help achieve their goals. Lack of integration between office and production floor employees.
Advice to Management
Implement effective strategies to help accomplish goals and change company culture.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hussmann (Saint Louis, MO).
Interview process was really smooth. I got a c all from the hr generalist. Did a phone screening. Then set up phone interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager and I hit it off great. Then I was scheduled for my panel interview. Panel interview went great. I was offered the position 3 days later
