Advice to Management
Choose managers according to skills and qualifications. Make an effort to emprove communication amongst lower level employees with upper management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hyannis Air Service (Boston, MA) in April 2009.
I was referred this job a friend of mine the manager was actually really nice, we conducted our interview over the phone. They explained what I would be doing the hours and the culture if the job. I liked it so I accepted. There was no 1:1 interview , I got hired over the phone.
I would recommend this job for college kids as a summer jib trying to make money and do this job part time. At least in the Boston station, if you are older the other stations would be good. That is not to say that an older person cannot work at the Boston station it is just that the dynamic of that particular station is predominately college kids
