Pros
The hours are very flexible and you can work from anywhere (with internet access, of course). The workload and deadlines are very manageable with reasonable asks and proper timings. It's also a huge pro that the company is very forward thinking and makes sure there are opportunities for growth in each role. I'm also given a lot of freedom and accountability with the things I create and everyone is always willing to give a helping hand when needed.
Cons
With the whole set up being online for the most part, you don't get to see co-workers physically so it can sometimes feel like you're working on your own. But the weekly town halls and the occasional get-togethers easily remedies this.

Asked interviewee to redesign their product as a task, even before having a chance to speak to them. Their job posting is basically looking for free idea submissions without having to hire anyone. Did ask for an online interview but they declined.InterviewFirst stage was an online personality test, second stage was to redesign their new product, with sketches, detailing and rendering.
