Happy Friday! Today we celebrate Mary's 20th anniversary working with us! She's a Cost Administrator at our Corporate location. Mary treats those around her like family and is always a positive light at work. We're thankful for the 20 years she has spent with us and are certain she will have many more accomplishments in the years to come.
Mary shared, “I have enjoyed working for the Honkamp’s over the last 20 years. They offer a great benefit package and treat you like family. Hydrite is a place I got to improve my skill set, contribute to the greater good, and work with other awesome people.” Thank you, Mary!

Hydrite has a long history of supporting the communities in which it operates through charitable contributions. Our corporate culture encourages and facilitates community outreach both as a company and as individuals. We recognize that community outreach is a Hydrite responsibility as well as a privilege. We are proud of our employees for helping us reach out to others but realize as an organization that we have the opportunity and ability to accomplish even more.
We have officially rolled out Hydrite’s Community Involvement Program (HCIP) whose goal is to invest in local programs that impact Hydrite communities through a combination of grant giving and volunteerism. Our vision going forward is that each Hydrite facility will form a Community Involvement Team that will co-ordinate a Day of Giving with a local nonprofit organization that provides service in their community. The goal is to provide each employee with the opportunity to give back to their community through volunteer efforts. We have identified four areas of focus:
Honestly, character, fairness and trustworthiness are the foundation of our relationships.
Ensuring the success of our customers through innovation, creativity and hard work will strengthen our future.
Excellence, accountability and contributing to a safe environment will be rewarded.
Total commitment to quality and continuous improvement every day through our people, products and services.
Hydrite is a privately held, for profit, diversified, entrepreneurial organization that strives to use resources responsibly.

Advice to Management
Keep up the Great Work!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hydrite (Brookfield, WI) in October 2018.
The first interview consisted of 3 parts. The first part was with an HR representative. The second part was with the manager I would report to & another department manager. The third part was with the CFO. I came back for a second round of interviews which included anther 3 parts. I met with the HR person that I had been communicating with during the whole process, another manager in accounting and finally the other analysts in the credit department.
