Interview
I was contacted by an HR individual with whom I spoke twice via Zoom (during which time she muted her video because her dog was barking, but then continuously forgot to unmute her mic when she began to speak). After this meeting, I was told by her on a Wednesday that she was narrowing down her list of final candidates by the end of the week and that she would let me know. A week and an unacknowledged email later, I've heard nothing.
Poor form for 1) an individual with the title "director" 2) to treat candidates for a directorship so childishly. The worst part is that you can't possibly comprehend how many incompetent HR/TA people like you do the exact same thing. After encountering it time after time after time after time, you cannot imagine how you and people in your role completely demoralize incredibly qualified individuals. Not to mention the black eye that you give your entire company by being so lazy.InterviewIt's irrelevant what the questions included. That really becomes a moot point when the HR/TA people simply decide to ignore and dismiss you.

Hypori announced today the close of an initial $10 million Series B investment led by Hale Capital Partners with additional funds from Series A investor GreatPoint Ventures, GEN David Petraeus, and other participants. As part of a total fundraising round with commitments to invest up to $18 million, these funds are a testament to the company’s growing and increasing valuation, and its product's significance and impact on national security and user privacy.
