    I worked at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel full-time (More than a year)


    -Recently, they changed out the management in sales. The new rotation of managers are much nicer and easier to get along with than previous managers.
    -The service manager is very nice, and eager to help.
    -Sometimes the GM will do nice things for the employees, like have a shaved ice truck park out the front, or a barbecue with food for customers and employees.


    -Sales guys are often sleazy and rude.
    -Service is kind of slow, and the customers get irate very quickly after waiting for hours for their car to be done (or to be updated on the status of their car)
    -If you're in an entry level job, such as reception or detailer, prepare to be moved around a lot. You do more than just your job.
    -They went through 5 1/2 different receptionists in the time I spent there (1/2 because one of them came back).

    Advice to Management

    Please try to treat the smaller, entry level and seemingly less important employees better, Without reception for people to take their anger out on or the customer service reps to set up service appointments and take heat, it would go straight to management and you're much too busy for that, i'm sure. The pay isn't amazing, and they aren't there to be a punching bag or to drop everything that you don't want to do on. They're there to do a job and it's hard enough to do that when there's irate customers and things to fix when everyone isn't trained the same way. Also, try to communicate better with your employees. You might tell one department something but not the other, but you expect both to know. There's not enough communication.
