Management works hard to keep the best employees happy and remove sub-par performers. Improving the quality of the staff and processes has lead to much improved business performance and profits.
Slow market place has forced company to right-size and that has lead to negative attitudes in some areas. Higher expectations placed on employee performance is tough for some to swallow.
Advice to Management
Keep hiring star players and reward performance accordingly.
