    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at IAP Worldwide Services (Washington, DC).

    Interview

The Interview was conducted by USAID as the technical contract for IAP is with USAID to place people in the Bureau of Global Health (GHSI-II); the subsequent negotiations were carried out by HR through email and the collection of forms and reference. The final paperwork and contract signing was done at the IAP local office in Virginia.
