I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at IBC Hearthware (Libertyville, IL) in February 2014.
They use websites and headhunters to find people for their positions. This company has many ways of finding talent. They are looking for big ten schools and art schools for bachelor's degrees. Interviews are short and to the point, they don't waste time. The company is looking for cheap labor and the willingness to excel at the job for the amount they pay you. They say they want you to grow, and expect you to grow on your own.
Ask for 5 grand in half to a year review for pay raise during negotiation.
