Company is stick with the increment and salary structure where in employ need to continue with no hike on rating 2, 2+ rating increment of 2 to 3 %. Lot of good employs moving out due to such nature of company.
Advice to Management
Management must try to work on understanding employs, their needs, retain employs. Instead of giving higher package to resource selected for same position for which resource is living company, give the existing resource good increment. Experience in working project always matter, where in new resource need to begin from scratch
quick short interview on technical side and then a Pay discussion interview with manager.
after recd an offer, I declined later on email and then they actually started pay discussion, else they were looking to reduce my pay which i was already earning
