    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ICON Health & Fitness (Logan, UT) in June 2018.

    Interview

It was personal and direct. One on one. I had a great interview experience. I first interviewed with who would become my supervisor and then the marketing VP and Executive entered the room towards the end of the interview. It was helpful for both the VP and Executive to come in the room and help me better understand the focus of the marketing team and how I could contribute.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me how I would contribute to the ICON brand. They put the question into a situation that helped me understand what I can do to help ICON and be a valuable employee to them. They followed up with a question of what I can do to help the individual brands succeed.   1 Answer
