I have been working at ICONMA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work/Life Balance, Compensation, Communication and ability to collaborate with co-workers . I have enjoyed working for ICONMA and look forward to continuing my career here.

    Cons

No 401K Matching, Benefits (PTO, Sick Days, Maternity, etc) could be reviewed more than just annually to keep up with the changing market trends. Overall, I do not have to many "cons". As with every company there are always ups and downs throughout the year wither it is a "bad" manager or your performance as an employee is not going the way you feel it should. Just continue to stay flexible, competent, and disciplined in your work and move on from the bad scenarios that can pop up from time to time.

    Advice to Management

I do feel the company does a great job from my perspective on listening to employees concerns. I can not speak for all employees with different managers or working situations, but I do suggest to continue addressing and resolving your employees concerns and/or working with different levels of management to continue practicing an open door policy throughout the company.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ICONMA.

    Interview

I've had two calls - different times - from the same recruiter out of the Michigan office. He doesn't demonstrate an understanding of the role he's recruiting for as he can't answer my questions. On both calls, his only interest was getting their 30-day exclusive document signed. And when I follow-up for status, he never returns a phone call or email. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.
