I worked at ICR full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are so many I don't even know where to start. The culture that the CEO and President have built here is ridiculously awesome. I have multiple co-workers who have become life-long friends. I got to experience all aspects of the financial communications industry. You should consider ICR more of a family than a place of employment because once you get here, you likely will be here for the rest of your career. It is such a special place to work for. You will be challenged, but supported. You will have days where you feel like you can't even do the most basic assignments but will be reassured and rediscover that confidence you suddenly lost. There will be days where you are overwhelmed but you always have a teammate willing to step up and help you out. If you have the opportunity to work for this great place, take it or you'll regret that you didn't.

    Cons

Some people on the IR team (far from everyone) need to do a better job of treating PR better than a red-headed stepchild. It has improved over time, but still has room to grow.

    Advice to Management

You guys have built something that I thought only existed in fairy tales. You treat your employees so well. You guys are people who I'd gladly go into battle with any day and take a bullet for.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ICR (New York, NY).

    Interview

It was a pretty average interview process: typical interview questions, applied online followed by a phone interview with HR, then came in twice for in-person interviews with about 6 different people
