I worked at IDI Billing full-time
Very well run, company. Talented upper management. Good work environment depending where in the building you are. Friendly people. Solid engineering and financial practices.
Work/life balance is given lip service but that's all. Work outside of office hours is expected in many positions. Small company so advancement opportunities are rare. Training is basically non-existent.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IDI Billing (Rochester, NY) in March 2015.
The interview process was very fast and efficient. Applied through college career fair. They called me for an interview the very next day on campus. The interviewers were fair in asking the questions. They asked me basic questions about QA like why do you like QA, which project gave the most satisfaction etc.
