I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IEDC in April 2015.
This was a very basic, one round interview. I applied through my university career services website and was contacted about a week after. They asked a bit about my background and why I wanted to work at IEDC. Not too intensive, considering the fact that it was an unpaid position. It took a while for the management to get back to me, but eventually they offered me a position.
