I worked at IItz Cash Card full-time
Good company in terms of Hr policy,provinding salary expenses in time.They are also health insurance and group insurance.
I was given target which is 570%When compared to last year. My life at Itz cash was only 6 months. I myself witnessed the exit of 7 to 8 executives even during the period.The everage life of employees in itz cash is short lived,maximum 4 months.
Advice to Management
Give target which is achievable,not as per the whims and fancy of manger.Ideal target is 20 to 30% over the period if you want to avoid labour attrition. Heper Active can rewards as per wish.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IItz Cash Card in December 2011.
HR person called me for the Interview.
First round of Technical interview was done
Second was the HR round
Then they send me the offer letter.
I was not able to negotiate
