I worked at IKON (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great way to get your foot in the door for an office job. Great learning experience all around.

    Cons

Lazy co-worker, manager became too dependent on me doing 90% of the work, rarely ever saw upper management (they were supposed to visit once a month, we saw much less than that), poorly trained floaters, and horribly low pay for the job.

    Advice to Management

Train the FSR's better, and raise the pay

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IKON (San Jose, CA).

    Interview

1:1 interview in a quiet office. I actually liked the interview process as it gave me confidence in the company. The gentleman who interviewed me was very professional and passionate about the company and his job. He stopped by my site a few times after hiring me to see how things were going.
